The use of collective intelligence is becoming increasingly important against a backdrop of ever-increasing complexity and dynamics. Today, a single person is rarely able to incorporate all relevant information to make a decision on a given issue. Methods capable of both revealing deeply held beliefs and identifying collective trends are increasingly in demand. The repertory grid technique (repgrid) is one such in-depth tool. Until a few years ago, there were very few options for merging individual repertory grid results into an overall picture and evaluating collective patterns. With modern IT solutions for interviewing and analysis, this is now possible. With software support, the beliefs and values of individuals can be aggregated and analyzed with virtually no constraints, reliably, and quickly; often with attractive, intuitively understandable three-dimensional graphics, with incomparably high levels of meaningful content.
